Effective April 23, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of the Boutique Haus LLC website by customers in the United States.

Use of the site and sales territory

This website is operated by Boutique Haus LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Boutique Haus LLC only serves customers in the United States, does not accept customers outside the United States, and does not ship outside the United States. Product descriptions, availability, and website content may be updated or corrected at any time.

Orders, shipping, and returns

Orders generally ship within one business day from the United States and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the continental United States. If a product has a defect, there is a shipping issue, or an item is missing, customers may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with required proof. If a customer changes their mind, a full refund is available within 7 days of delivery so long as the product has not been opened or used and any seals remain intact.

Proof, limitations, and policy changes

Boutique Haus LLC may require reasonable proof before approving a refund or exchange request. For missing items, refunds are limited to the value of the missing product and any tax paid for that product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boutique Haus LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products, or shipping delays outside its control. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on the website.
