Orders are processed and shipped from the United States within one business day after purchase, excluding delays caused by payment review, carrier interruptions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing begins with the carrier.
Boutique Haus LLC only serves customers within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States. Orders shipped to locations within the continental United States typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipment.
If your package appears delayed, arrives damaged, or an item is missing from the shipment, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide supporting proof. Eligible shipping-related issues may qualify for a full refund or exchange. For missing items, refunds are limited to the missing product's value and any tax paid on that item.
