Defects, shipping problems, and missing items
If a product arrives defective, if there is a shipping issue, or if part of your order is missing, you may request a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Proof is required to process the request. In the case of a missing product, refunds are limited to the value of that product and the tax paid for it.
Buyer's remorse returns
If you decide you no longer want a product, Boutique Haus LLC offers a full refund within 7 days of delivery as long as the product has not been opened or used. All seals, if any, must remain intact. Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for a buyer's-remorse refund.
How to request a refund or exchange
To request a refund or exchange, email support@boutique.haus with your order information and the proof needed to support the request. We may ask for photos, shipping documentation, or other reasonable verification before approving a refund or exchange. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
