When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders ship from the United States and typically leave within one business day after purchase. Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days anywhere in the continental United States. Once an order has been processed for shipment, delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Boutique Haus LLC serves customers in the United States only. We do not accept orders from outside the United States and we do not ship internationally.

What if my order is damaged, defective, or missing an item?

If a product arrives with a defect, if there is a shipping issue, or if an item is missing from your order, you may request a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. For missing items, the refund is limited to the value of the missing item and any tax paid for that item. Proof is required to process any refund or exchange request.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Yes. If you no longer want a product, a full refund is available within 7 days of delivery as long as the product has not been opened or used. Any seals must remain fully intact. Items that have been opened, used, or returned outside that 7-day window are not eligible for a buyer's-remorse refund.

How do I start a refund or exchange request?

Please email support@boutique.haus and include your order information along with the proof needed to support the request. Depending on the issue, proof may include photos of the item, packaging, shipment condition, or confirmation of what was missing from the order.
